Willard Brown is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sagicor Life Jamaica. He has responsibility for the overall strategy and operations of SLJ, and oversight of all divisions of the Life Business, including Life of the Cayman Islands and the joint ventures in Latin America.

He previously served as Chief Technology and Insurance Operations Officer. He joined the Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited family in 1991 and has served the company in various capacities including the Information Technology and Special Projects Departments. He eventually joined the Employee Benefits Division, where he ultimately held the position of Executive Vice President until October 2022. 

Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
