Enjoy Your Retirement

So you are a pensioner, just know that we are here for you. You have worked long and hard and retirement is something you should enjoy. EBA Ltd. is committed to ensuring that your pension, which is due on the 1st of every month, is paid on time.

As a Reminder:

Your Proof of Living Certificate is due once per year, usually Jan 31st of the respective year. Failure to submit your Proof of Living Certificate on time will result in a temporary hold on your account until we have heard from you.

Additionally, if you wish to pay your premiums from your pension, please visit the Pension Customer Service Department for information.

Power of Attorney

If you are a pensioner who is disabled or has an illness that is debilitating or if you are related to a pensioner in that condition, you may need to consider securing a power of attorney (POA). A POA is a legal document issued by a lawyer and should be registered at Registrar General’s Office and stamped by the Tax Office. A copy of the completed POA should be submitted to EBA to be kept on file. This document allows the person to whom the POA is given to sign on behalf of and to transact any business relating to the pensioner (as stipulated in the document) and will ensure that the pensioner continues to be paid their pension benefit.

Are you a pensioner over 65 years?

Did you contribute the the National Insurance Scheme (NIS) while you were employed?

If your answer is YES to the above questions, please contact the NIS office as you are currently due to receive an NIS pension as well as a health benefit (NI GOLD).

EBA wants you to know that your needs are important to us. If you have any queries please email us at [email protected], call us at 929-8920-9 or send us a fax at 960-7049. We are more than happy to assist you.
