NEXT STEPS 

The next step in the process will be to file the results of the Meetings in the Court and for a second Court Hearing to be held. If the Court sanctions a Scheme at that Hearing, it is expected that the Scheme will become effective when the Court Order is filed with the Registrar of Companies.
