Required Documents:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Signed Credit Consent Form
  • Government ID (Drivers Licence or Passport)
  • Proof of Age - Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Proof of Address - (e.g. Utility Bill)
  • TRN
  • N.I.S Card
  • Proof of Income
  • Job Letter(s) from employer(s) and most recent payslip
  • Proof of ownership of existing assets (e.g. copy titles, motor vehicle registration certificates, bank statements)
  • Status letter from Life Insurance company, if applicable
  • Self Employed Individuals: Last three years Financial Statements or Management Accounts and last 6 months bank statements.

After initial review:

  • Copy Certificate of Title for property to be mortgaged
  • Valuation Report (not older than 12 months) prepared by a member of the Bank's panel of Approved Valuators
  • Surveyor's Identification Report (not older than 6 months)
  • Copy of signed Sale Agreement
  • Evidence of deposit /or Statement from Attorney holding
  • Any other documentation deemed necessary by the Bank
