Tracy-Ann Spence joined Sagicor Group Jamaica in July 2023, assuming responsibility for strategic leadership of the investment operations in the Group. Her responsibilities include investment banking, treasury and asset management, along with the real estate businesses.

Formerly the Chief Operating Officer at a major investment bank, she came to her current role with over 20 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, and wealth management. Ms. Spence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from York University in Toronto, and an MBA in Banking & Finance from the University of the West Indies.

Ms. Spence chairs the Assets & Liabilities Committee for our Investment Banking arm and is a Director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE).
