Executive Profile
Andre Barrow is the Assistant Vice President in the Innovation and Business Systems department. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Andre has held a range of progressive roles including Claims Officer, Risk Analyst, Business Development Officer, Management Trainee, and Business Development Manager.
He is recognized for his ability to develop solutions that align with and support company objectives, with expertise in insurance operations and the application of technology to gain a competitive edge in the general insurance space. Among his key achievements is leading the implementation of the Caribbean’s first Usage-Based Insurance program, spearheading the customization of the company’s policy administration system as well as earning the title of Employee of the Year.
Andre holds a master’s degree in project management and a bachelor’s in management from the University of the West Indies. He has also earned the ACII and Chartered Insurer designations from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. Outside of work, Andre is passionate about epistemology, data analytics, and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and running. He’s also a fan of automotive sports and a proud dog lover.
