Kelly joined the Sagicor General team on September 1, 2013. She is an experienced Insurance Professional with over 18 years in the Insurance Industry. She has dedicated her career to the Reinsurance and Underwriting disciplines and has worked very closely with both local and international Reinsurers. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of the West Indies, an Associate’s Degree in Reinsurance (ARe) and the Barbados Diploma of Insurance. Her responsibilities include planning, coordination and general management of all activities within the Reinsurance Department to ensure that the company’s exposures are adequately protected. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Insurance Institute of Barbados and is a tutor of said Institute.
