While you can continue to make your mortgage payments using electronic methods, Sagicor recognizes that with restricted mobility, it may be difficult for those who don’t have access to online banking services. In addition, we recognise that some of our clients may be impacted by due to business closures during COVID-19.

We have instituted a residential mortgage payment deferral programme to assist borrowers who have been financially impacted as a result of reduced income from reduced working hours or loss of income during this time. This also extends to commercial mortgage clients. Payments can be deferred for 3 months.
