Schedule automatic payments via the Sagicor GO App or Client Portal with our new PayandGO feature and enjoy the convenience of having your premiums paid on time, every time. Download the Sagicor GO mobile app from the Android or Apple app stores or login to our Client Portal today to take advantage of this service. Once logged in, navigate to the Schedule A Payment section, and follow the easy steps to schedule your payments.

Sagicor uses the strictest protocols to ensure that your card transactions are secure. We do not store your credit or debit card information.

 

 

Pay using the Sagicor GO Mobile App

Pay your life, health, motor, home and general insurance premiums and your mortgage using the Sagicor GO mobile app. Download from the Android or Apple iOS app stores today to pay conveniently using your credit card or VISA or Mastercard branded debit cards. You will need to register to use our mobile app. Be sure to have your policy number handy when registering. Can't remember your policy number? Pay using the Sagicor GO Client Portal

  • Premium payments can be made via commercial banks' online banking portals or applications utilizing the third party (other bank) transfers in the name of Sagicor General Insurance Inc to either:
  • Ensure that the correct policy number is entered in the "reference" field so that we can accurately allocate the premium paid to your policy.

 

Group Life and Health clients

Online Banking Payment Confirmation

To ensure your payments are accurately applied, you are also required to do the following:

  • Confirmation of all online payments must be emailed to [email protected]. 
  • Your email must include: name of Bank in which payment was remitted to, date of payment, your policy number, and the payment amount.
  • In instances where a lump-sum was made for multiple policies, kindly indicate how the payment should be applied to each policy.

 

Phone Payments

Pay using Your Credit Card

  • Sagicor General Clients who wish to pay their motor, home or general insurance premiums via Credit Card on the telephone can confirm this by calling 623-4744 to have their transaction processed.
