Trisha Davis was promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President, Process Optimization, and Analytics, effective June 1, 2017. As part of SSIT, Trisha is responsible for the implementation of business process management principles, techniques and measurements to optimise business procedures to create customer and shareholder value.

Trisha joined Sagicor in January 2001 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to the position of Methods & Operations Officer in January 2006. She was subsequently promoted to Assistant Manager of the department in July 2007 and finally the Manager, Methods and Operations in October 2012.

She holds a MSc in Project Management from The University of Liverpool with a concentration in Operations Strategy and Process Modeling and Simulation, The Association of Business Executives (ABE) Advanced Diploma in Business Management, as well as a Certificate in Business Analytics, Data Science and Decision-Making from the Arthur Lok Jack School of Business. Trisha is also a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI).

She has a strong performance track record having won the Rookie of the Year award in 2001, the Sagicor Spirit - Employee Award in 2004 and the Manager of the Year award in 2012.
