Alesha Phelps joined Sagicor on August 30, 2002, as the Accountant responsible for the Nationwide portfolio.

She was appointed to the position of Assistant Manager – Investments in August 2003 and was later promoted to Manager – Financial Accounting in 2004. She was subsequently transferred to the Group Risk Management Department in September 2007 to the position of Manager – Group Risk Management.

Alesha is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is a Fellow Member of the Association. She is also the holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Herriot-Watt University and is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
