Lora joined Sagicor General Insurance Inc in November 2023 as Assistant Vice President – Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Analysis, after over 5 years with other 􀏐finance teams within the Sagicor Group as Corporate Accountant. She holds a B.Sc. Accounting (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

With 25 years post qualification experience in the financial services sector, Lora has had numerous roles being responsible for management reporting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, consolidation of financial results and treasury management.

Lora has served on the licensing committee of the Barbados Football Association and holds the Certificate in Guidance and Counselling from the Open Campus of the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. Her other interests include travelling, gardening, and creating visual art.
