Incorporated in St. Lucia in 2014, a new company named Sagicor Life Eastern Caribbean Inc (or SLECI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sagicor Life Inc. We serve our customers’ investment and insurance needs in Antigua, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent & the Grenadines.

Sagicor Finance Inc

Sagicor Finance Inc. was incorporated under the Commercial Code of St. Lucia on March 2, 1989. It was continued under the Companies Act of St. Lucia 1996 on August 7th’ 1998, and is licensed under the Banking Act of St. Lucia (of 2006) to operate as a finance company.
