Bridgetown, Barbados: The region’s leading insurance and financial solutions provider, Sagicor, has taken another bold step in digital transformation with the successful launch of its first Digital Discovery Day.
The groundbreaking event gave clients a hands-on opportunity to explore and engage with Sagicor’s expanding suite of digital platforms, reaffirming the company’s role as a pioneer in client-focused innovation
Sagicor continues to set the benchmark in digital accessibility, already operating the Caribbean’s first online platform to offer individuals the ability to purchase both life and motor insurance through its eLife portal.
Vice President of Customer Experience, Tracey Knight-Lloyd, said the event showcased Sagicor’s ongoing drive to enhance the client journey through technology: “Digital Discovery Day was all about empowering our clients. We wanted to ensure that our clients felt confident, informed, and excited to use our digital services. From submitting health claims via email, to accessing full-service platforms like Sagicor Go, Sagicor Drive, eBrokerage, Sagicor Bank (Barbados), and eLife, we wanted to show clients just how easy it is to do business with us anytime and anywhere.”
Throughout the day, clients interacted with experts, took part in live demonstrations, and discovered a wide array of self-service and communication tools, including Live Chat, WhatsApp Support, and eConnect. Attendees were also treated to giveaways and surprises as part of the engaging, client-first experience.
As digital innovation reshapes the financial landscape, Sagicor’s Digital Discovery Day marks a major milestone in the company’s mission to deliver smarter, faster, and more seamless service across the region.
The initiative was rolled out simultaneously across its Client Experience Centres in multiple markets.
