Michelle Bell-Sookhoo is the Vice President – Human Resources of Sagicor Life Inc, a position she has held since January 1, 2012. She heads the Human Resources Department which includes the Training Unit. She has 18 years of HR experience, and began her career at Sagicor as a Human Resource Assistant in April 2000 at The Mutual. She was later appointed to the post of Assistant Manager and then to the position of Manager, Human Resources, in April 2004. 

She holds a BSc in Sociology/Psychology from the University of the West Indies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. Michelle is a member of the Human Resource Association of Trinidad and Tobago.
