Port of Spain, Trinidad: Sagicor Life Inc, Colonial Life Insurance Company [Trinidad] Limited (CLICO) and British American Insurance Company Trinidad Limited [BAT] announced today that Sagicor is acquiring the traditional insurance portfolios of both companies.
