(the “Company” or “Sagicor”) is pleased to announce the results of its annual and special meeting (the “Meeting”) of holders of common shares (the “Shareholders”) held on June 16, 2023. A total of 68,073,580 common shares, representing 47.81% of common shares issued and outstanding as of April 27, 2023, the Record Date of the Meeting, were represented.
