Manage your life, health, motor, home and general insurance policies; even you mortgage with the Sagicor GO mobile app or client portal. Make payments conveniently using your credit card or Visa or Mastercard branded debit cards. View your claims status, get a quick motor quote, submit a claim, even get roadside assistance (Barbados only). Download the app from the Google Play or Apple App Store today. 

You will need to register to use either of these 2 channels. Be sure to have your policy number handy when registering. The  good news is you can use the same username and password for both the portal or mobile app.




Online Claims

Make use of our fully automated CariCare card claim settlement solution. This solution offered along with our partners in health and medical care services will allow for immediate claim settlement. If your medical provider does not accept the CariCare card, you can  submit a claim electronically by scanning or taking a photo of your claim form and emailing it to [email protected]Send us your banking details and receive refunds directly to your bank account.
