Documents required for a land loan are:
- Job Letter/Salary Slip or Bank Statements for the last 12 consecutive months
- Two forms of valid picture ID (National ID, Drivers’ License, or Passport)
- Recent valuation – completed within the last 6 months
- Letter from vendor/Sale Agreement Letter
- Deed of sale (of vendor)
- Recent Land Register copy
- Map Sheet
- Survey Plan
- Life insurance/Creditor Life Insurance
