Who We Are
Sagicor Finance Inc. (SFI) was incorporated under the commercial code of St Lucia on March 2nd 1989. It was continued under the Companies Act of St. Lucia 1996 on August 7th 1998, and is licensed under the Banking Act of St. Lucia of 2015 to operate as a finance company. It’s a subsidiary of Sagicor Life Inc., a company incorporated in Barbados which owns 70% of the issued share capital and minority shareholders Goddard Group/M&C Ltd & Executive Investments Ltd.
Sagicor Finance is located in the Daher Commercial Centre, 2nd Floor, Rodney Bay, Gros Islet.
