Sagicor delivers upgraded Customer Experience Centre at Queen’s Park Savannah
Port-of-Spain, Trinidad—Sagicor officially marked a new era in client relations today with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony to launch the Sagicor Customer Experience Centre, located at the Sagicor Financial Centre on the Queen’s Park Savannah.
This opening marks a significant milestone in Sagicor’s strategic upgrade of its Client Experience Centres across the Southern Caribbean. This regional transformation began in 2024 with the unveiling of the upgraded centre at Collymore Rock in Barbados. The Port of Spain facility is a unified hub designed to meet the needs of all Sagicor clients in one space.
Robert Trestrail, President and CEO of Sagicor Life Inc said, “This centre is more than just a physical renovation; it is a manifestation of our 'client-first' philosophy. As we continue this rollout across the Southern Caribbean—from Barbados to Trinidad and Tobago and into the other territories where Sagicor does business—we are making it easier and more inspiring for our customers to engage with us."
Mr. Trestrail continued, “With the Port of Spain facility now complete, the momentum continues in Trinidad and Tobago with an upgrade scheduled for the San Fernando office, and we hope to begin work later this year. Currently we are doing a similar upgrade at our St Lucia head office as well.”

Enhancing the centre’s aesthetic is a thoughtful new mural by Anthony Moore, a Trinidadian artist whose work captures the spirit, rhythm, and storytelling power of Caribbean life. Moore—an international award-winner with a Silver ADDY and Creativity Award to his name—has created a piece that evokes images of life at the Savannah, a central experience for any Trinidadian. This work now accompanies the arresting artwork by Peter Minshall that greets visitors to the Financial Centre, weaving culture and imagination into the corporate environment.
The launch concluded with a walkthrough and breakfast for managers and special guests, celebrating the fusion of heritage and modern service.
