Eon Phillips is a career insurance executive, starting off his sojourn at Manufacturers Insurance Co, before transitioning to Sagicor Life Inc where he solidified his experience by spending time in the major areas of insurance operations – marketing, customer service, advisor support and agency administration.
In his current role, Eon oversees Advisor support for the Eastern Caribbean and Belize, the Eastern Caribbean’s southern hub and is principal representative for St Lucia’s Sagicor Life branch. Eon holds a BA in Administration from St Leo University and is Limra Leadership Institute Fellow. He also holds certificates in Insurance and Agency Administration, Customer Service and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
