She holds a Bachelor’s Degree (with distinction) in Business Management with a specialism in Human Resource Management from the Edinburgh Napier University as well as an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management with the Association of Business Executives and a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Business with the Emeritus Institute of Management.
Lisa is a Certified Professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and a member of the Caribbean Society for Human Resource Professionals (CSHRP).
Her professional background includes roles with a focus on Talent Development, Customer Service, Sales, Collections and Backoffice Operations with several US based financial institutions.
