Executive Profile
Carol Mangal joined Sagicor Finance Inc in February 2023. Carol is a career banker with more than 30 years of experience in the industry and has held many roles within this sector during her tenure.
Her track record of excellence in leadership and management within the banking industry precedes her including having won the Exemplary Leader Award at CIBC First Caribbean – an achievement which validated her as a driven leader with proven results.
Among her accomplishments, Carol was the First Female president of the ECCU Bankers association and is currently its immediate past president as well as the immediate past president of the St. Lucia Bankers Association and the Swimming Federation.
She holds a Diploma in Financial Services Management from the Institute of Financial Services and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool.
