Sagicor Encourages Wealthy State of Mind With Cinema Takeover

Sagicor Investments Jamaica (SIJ) last Friday surprised movie-goers at three Palace Amusement locations with a free movie experience, covering the cost of their movie tickets and refreshments.
Patrons were thrilled upon receiving the news that their night out was courtesy of Sagicor Investments. The lobbies of Palace Cineplex, Sovereign Centre; Sunshine Palace, Portmore, St. Catherine; and Palace Multiplex, Montego Bay, St James were abuzz with excitement as over 1,000 movie-goers learnt of their lucky fortune.
The investments house also gifted 10 lucky movie patrons across the three locations with spot prizes of Sigma Global Funds gift certificates, valued at $10,000 each, to start or continue their investment portfolios.
The cinema takeover formed part of the activities to launch Sagicor Investments’ Wealthy State of Mind campaign, which is aimed at encouraging Jamaicans to #ThinkWealth and secure their financial future. The advertising campaign officially began on Sunday October 27, with the roll-out of targeted messaging in traditional and digital media platforms.

This begins with having a wealthy state of mind; tonight, while patrons enjoy the movies and have fun, we want to also use this opportunity to encourage them to consider their financial future,” Kevin Donaldson, CEO, Sagicor Investments said.
