“One Home for Everything” as Sagicor’s new Client Experience Center Opens for Business

June 15, 2021
Leading insurance and financial institution, Sagicor, kicked off the new week by opening the doors to their new Client Experience Center, located in Collymore Rock, St. Michael. Now, clients will be able to visit this modern space to access any of the services provided by Sagicor Life (Barbados) Inc (SLI), Sagicor General Insurance Inc (SGI) and Sagicor Asset Management Inc (SAMI).

Whether they are making a payment or claim, applying for a new policy or making changes to an existing one, or are simply seeking clarity or the relevant information to make wise financial decisions for their lives, clients of Sagicor will now be able to visit one location for all of their insurance needs.

The opening of the new Center also coincided with the relocation of SGI from the Goddard’s Building in Haggatt Hall, St. Michael, to its new home at Sagicor’s Collymore Rock Complex.

Open for Business! Executive Vice President & General Manager of Sagicor Life (Barbados) Inc, Paul Inniss (right) and Chief Financial Officer of Sagicor General Insurance Inc, Patrick Hinkson, perform the official ribbon cutting.

Down to Business! Sagicor clients wasted no time visiting the new Client Experience Center, where they can conduct any business with Sagicor Life (Barbados) Inc, Sagicor General Insurance Inc and Sagicor Asset Management Inc.

Our first client! The first client to experience the new Center was Sandra Trotman (middle), who received a basket of appreciation for being the first client on the first day of the new facility. Presenting the basket was Kenrick Austin, Assistant Vice President – Customer Service, following a tour by Executive Vice President & General Manager of Sagicor Life (Barbados) Inc, Paul Inniss.

The Sagicor team also took to the Lower Collymore Rock main road to the spread the news of the opening, partnering with small business owner “Chris the Beverage Guy” to quench the thirst of motorists passing the area. Here, Research Officer Kyla Babb hands out water to a motorist.
