Kingston, Jamaica: Alliance Financial Services Limited (AFSL) has entered into an agreement with Unicomer Jamaica that will see its agent network expanded by almost fifty per cent. The partnership now allows MoneyGram customers to pick up their money transfers at Courts stores island wide.

“We are excited about this new development because it means our clients can conveniently collect their money at additional locations,” said Omar Brown, CEO, Alliance Financial Services.

“Partnering with Unicomer means that in addition to our over fifty-two sub agents and five Alliance offices, these twenty-eight Courts stores island wide will greatly expand our network,” he continued.

In February 2022, Sagicor Group entered an agreement to purchase Alliance Financial Services –a primary agent of MoneyGram and in May 2022, Unicomer was approved as a sub-agent for Alliance.

“Unicomer is a trusted company and being aligned with them is great move. Remittance is a huge industry in Jamaica and so providing more, safe options for our clients is always top of mind, partnering with Unicomer was a no brainer,” shared Brown.

Brown also shared that more is in store for Alliance Financial Services as the company continue to strengthen and improve its services island wide.
