Announcement of Annual General Meeting Results

SAGICOR FINANCIAL CORPORATION LIMITED (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, at the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting (the "Annual Meeting") of the members (the “Shareholders”) of the Company, held on Tuesday, 4 th June 2019, the proposals voted on at the Annual Meeting including the re-election of Dr. L. Jeannine Comma, Mr. Peter E. Clarke, Mr. Dodridge D. Miller and Mr. Monish K. Dutt as directors of the Company and the re-appointment of the incumbent Auditor of the Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers SRL, were approved by the requisite vote of Shareholders.
