General Counsel, Vice President of Compliance and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Jim Golembiewski was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Sagicor Life Insurance Company in 2013. He is also the Vice President of Compliance, a position he has held since 2011. He joined the Company in 2010 as Assistant Vice President of Compliance and Assistant General Counsel. Mr. Golembiewski holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Cooley Law School (Lansing, MI) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University. Jim has vast experience in the life insurance industry and compliance regulation.
