Ms. P. Cleone Moore is the Administrative Manager in the Sagicor Life Inc - St. Kitts Agency. After completing her tertiary education, she started her career in Insurance. With over 20 years of experience she has combined her knowledge and experience in these areas to deliver the best customer service to the clients she serves.
A defining moment of Ms. Moore career was when she began her first leadership role as Branch Secretary in 1992. It was then that she realized that it was not about her and what she could do. What really mattered was how she could influence her team and bring about results through others. Following this, Ms. Moore has pursued and successfully gained her professional designations - Associate Customer Service and Associate in Insurance Administration with the Life Office Management Association, LOMA and is currently pursuing the FLMI designation.
