NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (9:30 a.m. Jamaica Time) at McNamara Corporate Services Inc., Bella Rosa Road, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia and accommodated virtually at the satellite location, in the Auditorium at Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, (Head Office), The R. Danny Williams Building located at 28–48 Barbados Avenue, Kingston 5 in the parish of St. Andrew. The meeting will be convened in person in St. Lucia, and shareholders will be accommodated in person at the satellite location.
