How long have you been a Sagicor Life advisor?

I have been a Sagicor Advisor for the  past 18 months. 

What do you enjoy the most about being an advisor?

Meeting new people every day and finding ways to help them

What is your biggest/most fond accomplishment in your career as an advisor?

To walk people through a process and know that they’re happy; seeing them accomplish their dreams; that’s my greatest accomplishments.

Which Sagicor Life product do you like the most and why?

I like the Ultra Life the most – it’s very beneficial and its activated the same time it is settled. 

How do you stay motivated as a leader?

I start my day with a prayer – God gives me motivation every day.

Your top 3 things to share with other managers/leaders?

1. Our customers are very important – not only when you want them to pay a premium; little things matter.
2. Make sure that the product you’re selling, the customer is very informed; before you give them misinformation, sell them another product.
3. Make sure that you do a proper fact finding and budget – check if they can truly afford a policy.
