Yes. Requests for overseas treatment should be received and approved by Sagicor before traveling abroad for treatment.
No. Sagicor’s overseas case manager, Global Medical Management Inc. (GMMI), will liaise directly with The Panama Clinic to facilitate the assignment of your insured benefit. Once treatment has been rendered, GMMI will work with Sagicor to pay your benefits directly to the clinic. Sagicor will inform you of your liability, which must be paid directly to the clinic.
