Vikki Pryor was appointed a Director in 2015. Ms. Pryor is the founder and managing principal of Change Create Transform LLC and Foundation. Prior to that, she served as the CEO and President of SBLI USA Mutual Life Insurance Company, Inc. for 11 years. Ms. Pryor's insurance background also includes serving as a Senior Vice President of Operations at Oxford Health Plan in Connecticut and as a Member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Senior Executive Team. Ms. Pryor has been a Director for New York Independent System Operator, Inc. since April 2014, and has experience serving on multiple other for-profit and non-profit boards, including the American Red Cross in Greater New York, the Life Insurance Council of New York, Keyspan, and Riversource Funds. She also currently serves on the Deans Advisory Council of the University at Buffalo Law School. She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with Bachelor and Juris Doctor Degrees, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is licensed attorney and CPA. She received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters Degree from Sacred Heart University in 2004 and a Presidential Medallion from Bronx Community College in 2008.
