To enhance your banking experience and ensure the highest level of security, Sagicor Bank will be deactivating all magstripe debit cards on Monday, February 29, 2024 at 1:00 pm.

 

Free Card Replacement

 

To replace your magstripe card we have introduced our new Sagicor Bank Mastercard Contactless, Chip and PIN Debit Card, which comes with an embedded security chip. 

 

To collect your new debit card, please visit the Sagicor Bank where you opened your account or call 888-SAGICOR (724-4267) to arrange collection at your Branch of choice. The replacement is free of charge, and our team will be happy to assist you in making the transition.

 

If you have already collected your new Mastercard Contactless, Chip and PIN Debit Card, then there is no need to call or visit a branch.

 

Act Now to Avoid Disruption

 

Please be advised that after February 29, 2024, your magstripe debit card will no longer be valid for transactions. To avoid any disruption to your banking activities, we urge you to collect your new Mastercard Contactless, Chip and PIN Debit Card before the deactivation date.
