How long have you been a Sagicor Life advisor?

I have been a Sagicor Life Financial Advisor for ten years.

What do you enjoy the most about being an advisor? 

I enjoy guiding and assisting my clients towards achieving their financial goals. 

What is your biggest/most fond accomplishment in your career as an advisor?

 Being designated Top of the Table (which is the highest achievement globally for an advisor) during the most challenging period of the Covid -19 pandemic.

Which Sagicor Life product do you like the most and why?

 I like to recommend the USD universal investor product to my clients because it allows persons to diversify their investment portfolio with international equities and conservative fixed income through a managed portfolio.

How do you stay motivated as a leader?       

I stay motivated as a leader by constantly setting goals then steadily pursuing them and by always trying to be the best version of myself. I aim to exercise emotional intelligence and empathy when relating to others. 

What are your top 3 things to share with other managers/leaders?

 Listen more than you speak (you learn only when you stop talking), praise publicly and critique privately
