How long have you been a Sagicor Life advisor?

I have been with Sagicor Life for almost 11 years. And it has been an invaluable journey to the MOON and back.

What do you enjoy the most about being an advisor?

The ability to help others to act on their LOVE. Whether they’re starting a family, buying a home or planning for retirement. I like the architecture of designing my clients dreams, desires and goals. And seeing it come to fruition thrills me all the time.

What is your biggest/most fond accomplishment in your career as an advisor?

Some four years ago I told my client that she needed to start saving towards acquiring a property. I explained where I had envisioned for her to live, she doubted me of course, that it would never happened. I had just upgraded my client dreams more than what she had anticipated.  I encouraged her that I would be there right through the entire journey. Went through getting the Mortgage which was not a ride through the park, due to her now being a single parent. But God prevailed and we were able to get the Fabulous Apartment in Jacks Hill.

Which Sagicor Life product do you like the most and why?

I like our Critical Illness plans. Critical Illness can wipe out someone’s savings in less than 48 hrs. And a Critical Illness plan can stop that from happening in a wink. It reassures and motivate and protects you during the time that you need it the most.

How do you stay motivated as a leader?

I surround myself with small achievable goals. Whether they’re volunteering or working towards achieving personal goals. I like to travel and exploring new places every year so therefore there’s always something to look forward to.

Your top 3 things to share with other managers/leaders?

Be imaginative
