Since July 2007, Mark Thompson has presided over the transformation of Advantage General Insurance Company as CEO, and plays a pivotal role in the Company’s commitment to become the “Digital Insurer of Choice”.

He has worked in several prominent businesses over the years in Canada and the CARICOM region and currently serves as Corporate Secretary of the Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility (CCRIF).

Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a minor in Actuarial Science and Economics and has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants for 25 years.
