Mr. Gay Griffith CLU, CH.F.C first joined Sagicor Life Inc, at that time the Barbados Mutual Life Assurance Society, as a Policyowners Service Junior Clerk. Two years later, he started his preferred career in Insurance Sales. He has advanced through the company and has held several positions in the sales department. In his current position of Vice President, Sales, he is responsible for the management of the entire Barbados Sales team which includes the Agency Managers, Advisors, and staff in the Sales Administration, Customer Retention and Advisor Support units.

He served as President and Board Member of the Barbados Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (BARAIFA) and has been a consecutive production, quality and star award recipient for over 30 years.
