DODRIDGE D. MILLER, FCCA, MBA, LLM
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr Dodridge Miller was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mutual Group of Companies, now Sagicor Group of Companies, on July 1, 2002, having previously held the positions of Treasurer and Vice President, Finance and Investments and Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr Miller joined the Group in 1989. He was elected Director of The Mutual Group in 2001. He is the Chairman of the Group's main operating subsidiaries, Sagcior Life Inc, Life of Jamaica Limited and Sagicor Life Insurance Company.
Mr Miller is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom), and obtained his MBA from the University of Wales and Manchester Business School, United Kingdom. He holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of the West Indies. He has more than 20 years' experience in the insurance and financial services industries.
RICHARD BYLES, BSc, MSc
President and Chief Executive Officer, Life of Jamaica
Mr Richard Byles is the President and CEO of Life of Jamaica Ltd. Mr Byles is the Chairman of Pan Caribbean Financial Services Limited. During his tenure as CEO of the Pan Jam Group, Mr Byles was responsible for a number of mergers, acquisitions and other strategic business initiatives which have had a profound and positive impact on the performance of that Group.
Mr Byles is a graduate of the University of the West Indies. He holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in National Development from the University of Bradford, England. He is Chairman of Red Stripe and the National Water Commission.
J. EDWARD CLARKE, FCCA, CIA
Group Chief Internal Auditor
Mr Edward CLarke was appointed to the position of Group Chief Internal Auditor on June 1, 2007. Mr Clarke is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a Certified Internal Auditor with more than 25 years' experience in the field of auditing and finance.
Mr Clarke began his accounting career at Pannell FitzPatrick & Company Chartered Accountants (now Ernst & Young). He later joined Texaco and served as a senior member of its finance team in Barbados, Nigeria and the USA. Prior to joining Sagicor, Mr Clarke was the Chief Finance Officer of Goddard Enterprises Limited.
M. PATRICIA DOWNES-GRANT, BA, MA, MBA, DBA
President and Chief Executive Officer, Sagicor Life Inc
Dr Patricia Downes-Grant was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagicor Life Inc on January 1, 2006, having served as Group Chief Operating Officer, since July 1, 2002. She joined Sagicor in 1991 and held several senior positions, including those of Vice President, (Investments), and Treasurer and Executive Vice President (Finance and Investments) before being appointed Chief Executive Officer.
She holds an MBA in Finance, an MA in Economics, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (Finance).
Prior to joining Sagicor, Dr Patricia Downes-Grant was a Senior Manager in the Management, Consulting and Insolvency Division of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Dr Downes-Grant has also had significant work experience in development banking. She is a former Chairman of the Barbados Stock Exchange and Barbados Central Securities Depository and a Director of several companies within the Sagicor Group and within the private sector of Barbados.
GEORGE J. ESTOCK, BSc, MBA
President, Sagicor International Management Services Inc.
President and CEO, Sagicor Allnation Insurance Company
In 1996, Mr George Estock joined the Barbados Mutual Life Assurance Society as President of the U.S.-based subsidiary, Sagicor International Management Services. He also holds the position of President and CEO of Sagicor Allnation Insurance Company. He has over 15 years' experience in the Life Insurance and Property & Casualty business.
Prior to joining Sagicor, Mr Estock spent several years with CIGNA; the U.S. based multinational insurance carrier, working in their U.S. domestic personal lines and Property & Casualty Division, and was Director of Planning and Control of CIGNA's International Reinsurance Division. He was then appointed President of CIGNA Life and Helath Operations for the United Kingdom and, on his return to the U.S., he served as Regional Vice President - Americas, responsible for CIGNA's life and health operations for Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America.
Mr. Estock has a Degree in Political Economics from the University of Delaware and a Masters in Business Administration from Wilmington College.
J. ANDREW GALLAGHER, FSA, FCIA

Mr Andrew Gallagher joined Sagicor in August 1997 as Resident Actuary. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, and is both a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Prior to joining Sagicor, Mr. Gallagher worked with Eckler Partners in Toronto in their financial institutions practice. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
MAXINE MacLURE, BSc, MEd, MBA
President and CEO, Sagicor USA Inc.
Ms. Maxine MacLure was appointed President and CEO, Sagicor USA in 2004. In September 2005, she successfully completed the Group's acquisition of its first US life insurance subsidiary, American Founders Life (AFLIC) abd oversaw its integration into the Sagicor Group. Ms. MacLure joined Sagicor in December 2001 as President and CEO of Life of Jamaica. She effectively managed that company through its merger with Island Life Insurance Company.
Prior to joining the Sagicor Group, Ms. MacLure was General Manager of Insurance for the Jamaican Government, and led a two-year joint insurance reform project sponsored by the Inter-American Development Bank and the Jamaican Government, where she participated in the resolution of the financial sector crisis. She also spent seven years as a Senior Government Financial Sector Regulator in Canada.
Ms. MacLure has a Masters degree in Education from Western Washington University in the United States, a BSc from the University of Manitoba, Canada, with a major in Mathematics, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Canada
Ken A Marshall
President & CEO, Sagicor Life Insurance Company
Kendrick “Ken” Marshall joined the Barbados Mutual Life Assurance Society as a Sales Representative in 1968. Over the past 30 years, he has held the positions of Unit Supervisor; Unit Manager, with the responsibility for marketing in the Eastern Caribbean Islands; Vice President, Barbados Operations; and Executive Vice President. He is also the former General Manager for Sagicor Life’s Trinidad and Tobago operations.
More recently, Mr. Marshall was appointed President and CEO of Sagicor Life Insurance Company (SLIC) in the USA. In this capacity, he leads the growth and development of Sagicor Life USA’s operations. Mr. Marshall is also a former President of the Life Underwriters’ Association of Barbados.
PHILIP N. W. OSBORNE, BSc, FCA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Osborne has held senior finance positions in life insurance for over 17 years, having joined Life of Barbados Limited (then a Barbados absed life insurer) in 1989. Subsequently in 1996, he was appointed a Director of Life of Barbados and remained so through its acquisition by and its eventual amalgamation with Sagicor Life Inc. Mr Osborne was appointed Chief Financial Officer for the Group in 2003. He is currently a director of three subsidiaries in the Sagicor Group and of Almond Resorts Inc., a publicly listed company in Barbados.
Mr Osborne is a U.K. trained chartered accountant and has worked in professional accounting firms in London and Barbados over a ten year period. He also holds a BSc in Mathematics with Computer Science from the University of London.
SANDRA OSBORNE, S.C.M., BSc, LLB, FCIS
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Ms. Sandra Osborne is an Attorney-at-Law and Chartered Secretary who joined the Sagicor Group in 1989. She has almost 30 years' experience in the legal and corporate secretarial field, having previously practiced as a Crown Counsel and at the private Bar in civil practice in Barbados. Ms. Osborne holds a BSc (Hons) in Political Science and an LLB (Hons) from the University of the West Indies and a Certificate in Legal Education, Hugh Wooding Law School, Council of Legal Education, Trinidad. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Canada and holds an Executive Development Program Certificate from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, United States.
RAVI RAMBARRAN, BSc, MSc, FIA
Executive Vice President, Strategy
Mr Ravi Rambarran's work experience includes Pensions Actuary of Life of Jamaica, Appointed Actuary of Global Life Bahamas and Global Life Cayman, Chief Financial & Investment Officer of LOJ, Managing Director of NCB Capital Markets and West Indian Trust Company, part-time Lecturer in Actuarial Science at hte University of the West Indies and running his own actuarial practice. Prior to joining LOJ, Mr Rambarran was a Consulting Actuary with the Aon Group and the HSBC Group in the United Kingdom.
Mr Rambaran has a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science from City University, London, and an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London. Mr Rambarran was awarded an Open Mathematics Scholarship by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Mrs Smith is a Communicatons professional with over 25 years' experience in business communication, public relations and management. Prior to joining Sagicor in 2002 as Vice President, Corporate Communications, Mrs Smith was the General Manager of the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation, a position she held for 7 years. She was also a Board member of the Caribbean Broadcasting Union and became that Institution's first female President in 2000.
Mrs Smith, a graduate of the University of the West Indies, holds a BA (Hons), and a Post Graduate diploma in Mass Communications and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators.

Executive Vice President, Eastern Caribbean Operations
Mr. Anthony Bowen joined Sagicor Life Inc on February 01, 2005 as Executive Vice President, Eastern Caribbean Operations.
Mr. Bowen brings a wealth of industry experience to this new position at Sagicor Life Inc., having worked with the Barbados Mutual Life Assurance Society for several years where he rose through the organisation to the post of Assistant Vice President, Sales Barbados Branch and Vice President, Barbados Operations. His most recent assignment was that of Managing Director of Ultimate Insurance and Financial Solution.
He enjoys playing chess and is Treasurer of the Barbados-based Louis Lynch Foundation.
ANTHONY O. CHANDLER, CGA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Chandler was Vice President, Finance of the Sagicor Group before being appointed the Chief Financial Officer of Sagicor Life Inc. He joined the Group as Financial Accountant in 1995. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1992 and a member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada since 1990.
Mr. Chandler has over 15 years experience in the accounting profession. His experience includes the provision of accounting, audit and business advisory services. He spent three years assigned to Island Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Life of Jamaica, significant Group subsidiaries.
KESTON HOWELL
Executive Vice President, Merchant Banking
Mr Keston Howell joined Sagicor in July 2005, with responsibility for the establishment of Sagicor Merchant Bank as well as the overall banking strategy for the Group. He has worked in the banking iondustry for over 17 years, the last seven of which were at the senior executive level. He brings to Sagicor considerable knowledge and experience in Corporate and Investment Banking. Mr. Howell's responsibilities over the years have included day-to-day banking operations, building and fostering relationships with institutional investors in the English and Dutch-speaking Caribbean. Other key areas in which he had responsibility are asset/liability management, and ensuring regulatory compliance with securities laws in various jursidictions. Mr Howell holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies.
HENRY L. INNISS, LLIF, BSc, MBA, FLMI, ACS
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Sagicor Capital Life
Henry Inniss joined Life of Barbados in 1990,as Manager, Marketing Support. He was promoted in 1995 to Assistant Vice President, Marketing and in 1998 he became Vice President, Marketing. Mr Inniss has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) degree with specialty in Marketing from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Mr Inniss is fluent in Spanish. Mr Inniss became a fellow of the Life Office Management Institute (FLMI) in 1992 and in 2002 qualified for the LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF) designation.
ROBERT TRESTRAIL, BA
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Trinidad and Tobago
Mr Robert Trestrail as Executive Vice President and General Manager, assumed full responsibility for the Trinidad and Tobago Operations of Sagicor Life Inc from January 2007. Mr Trestrail joined Sagicor in May 2001, as Assistant Vice President, Administration of the Trinidad Operations. He has been responsible for general branch administration and administration of the Investment Portfolio. He was appointed to the post of Vice President, Administration in 2004 and became Executive Vice President and General Manager Designate in May 2006. Mr Trestrail holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto, and brings several years of management experience from the Financial Services sector. He has also held the post of Chief Operating Officer at a major business in the Marketing and Distribution sector for four years.

Executive Vice President and General Manager, Barbados Operations
Mr. Vincent Yearwood as Executive Vice President and General Manager, has full responsibility for the Barbados Operations of Sagicor Life Inc. He previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Sagicor Financial Corporation, with responsibility for the Shared Services and Employee Benefits Divisions. Mr. Yearwood brought to Sagicor a broad spectrum of experience in the areas of strategic and change management, finance, marketing and planning and management of information systems. The former CEO of Cable and Wireless BET and, more recently CEO of the Barbados Investment and Development Corporation (BIDC), Mr. Yearwood is a Certified Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from the University of Wales and Manchester Business School.

TAMMY-ANNE CAMPBELL, B.Sc., F.S.A., F.C.I.A.
Vice President, Actuarial
Ms. Campbell joined Life of Barbados in 2001 as Assistant Vice President, Actuarial. She was promoted to Vice President, Actuarial, with Sagicor Life Inc. in April 2005.
A graduate of the University of Toronto, Ms. Campbell earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science. Following graduation, Ms. Campbell pursued her actuarial designations and is now both a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
Ms. Campbell has a diverse background, having worked for 11 years with an actuarial consulting firm in Toronto, followed by 2 years with the Provincial Workers’ Compensation Board, before joining Life of Barbados. Ms. Campbell has expertise in several practice areas including pensions, life insurance, property and casualty insurance, investments, as well as having been involved in over 2000 litigation situations involving actuarial mathematics.
MARGUERITE M. ESTWICK
Vice President, Human Resources
Marguerite Estwick joined the Sagicor Group on July 1, 2003 as Vice President of Human Resources. She holds an EMBA and a Certificate in Labor Administration from the University of the West Indies. She is an experienced Human Resources practitioner who has held a number of senior assignments across a broad range of industries in Barbados. She has also provided Human Resources Advisory services in the Caribbean in her role as the Manager of the Human Resources practice in a large professional services firm.
She is a director of two statutory boards and a former President of the Human Resources Management Association of Barbados.
ALTHEA C. HAZZARD, LLM, FCIS
Vice President, Legal and Compliance
Mrs. Hazzard was appointed Corporate Secretary of Life of Barbados on December 1st 1997. She is an attorney with thirteen (13) years experience in the broad spectrum of civil law practice with particular emphasis on corporate law as it relates to the international business and financial sectors in Barbados. Mrs Hazzard holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Cambridge.
She was appointed Vice President, Corporate Affairs in July 1998 prior to taking up her current position.
GREGORY HINKSON, BSc, FCGA
Vice President, Investments
Mr. Gregory Hinkson joined Sagicor Life Inc. on July 01, 2005, as Vice President, Investments.
Mr. Hinkson brings a wealth of experience to Sagicor having previously held such positions as Vice President – Investments, London Life Bank, General Manger- CIBC West Indies Offshore Banking Corporation, and more recently Manager- Investments, National Insurance Office.
He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Barbados Association of Investment Professionals. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Charted Accountants of Barbados and member as well as a past president of the CGA Association of Barbados.
DENNIS ORGILL, BSc
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Mr. Dennis Orgill joined Sagicor Life Inc in July, 2007. Mr. Orgill brings a wealth of experience to Sagicor with over 20 years’ experience within the individual life, group life and health insurance industries both in Jamaica and the USA. He is a former Director of Underwriting with the subsidiary company, Life of Jamaica Limited.
Prior to joining Sagicor, Mr. Orgill held the post of President & Chief Executive Officer of MedeCus, a start-up health insurance company, in Kingston, Jamaica. He was responsible for building a network of hospitals, physicians and medical centers; a brand awareness media campaign; and hardware and software for online payment of claims and sales.
Mr. Orgill holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of the West Indies and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
RICHARD ROACH
Vice President, Life Administration
Mr. Richard Roach joined the company in 1974 and worked in various departments within Life Administration, prior to assuming responsibility for the company’s Information Technology as Data Processing Manager in 1981. Mr. Roach was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Information Systems in 1991. He returned to life administration in 2004 as Assistant Vice President, with responsibility for Individual Life Administration. Mr. Roach was promoted to the position of Vice President, Life Administration January 1, 2006.
Mr. Roach has successfully completed the Executive Development program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in the United States.
ORWYN SANDIFORD
Vice President, Risk Adminsitration
Mr Orwyn Sandiford was promoted to the position of Vice President, Risk Administration effective January 1, 2007. He is responsible for the Underwriting, Claims, New Business and Reinsurance functions. Orwyn joined the company in 1981 and held a number of senior positions in the Group Life & Health Department before being appointed to the post of Assistant Vice President, Group Life & Health, a post he held until his recent promotion to Risk Selection in the Underwriting Department.
Mr Sandiford has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies. He also holds the qualifications of Associate, Customer Service; Associate, Health Insurance and Fellow, Life and Health Claims. Mr. Sandiford is currently the President of the Institute of Caribbean Insurance Risk Managers (ICIRM), formerly the Institute of Caribbean Home Office Underwriters (ICHOU).
GREGORY WHIBY
Vice President and Deputy General Manager Marketing
Mr Whiby is Vice President responsible for the Sales and Marketing functions in Trinidad. He has been a successful salesman and agency manager before being promoted to lead the sales force. Mr. Whiby has over 30 years experience in sales and in management in the insurance industry.

STEVE R. STOUTE, SCM
Senior Executive Vice President, Sagicor Reinsurance
Mr Steve Stoute is Senior Executive Vice President of Sagicor Reinsurance, with ultimate rsponsibility for insurance risk management. Mr. Stoute, who joined the Group in 1960, is one of the region's most respected Underwriters. Active in several industry-related organisations, he is the current President of the Insurance Association of the Caribbean (IAC). He is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Underwriters and the Association of Home Office Underwriters.
Well known regionally as a Sports Administrator, he is the first person in the Eastern Caribbean on whom the Olympic Order has been conferred. Mr Stoute is President of the Barbados Olympic Association and the Inaugural Chairman of the Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees. Mr Stoute was awarded the Silver Crown of Merit (SCM) in the 1991 Independence Celebrations.
